Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 1 week of the delivery date. Custom orders are final sales.
We allow returns for a refund minus a restocking fee of 15% of total value of the returned item.
The returned items must be undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We do not accept returns for customer’s refusal to pay entry custom duties imposed by your country of destination.

Refunds
Only regular priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items or custom-made pieces cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs for returned items will be paid by the customer, unless the product is defective. Please make sure to send us the tracking number for the returned items so that we can track it. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
We are not responsible and we do not refund items lost after the delivery at your destination has been confirmed by the shipping carrier. Please make sure to track your package with the tracking number provided by Artissanos.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@artissanos.com
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
